We are proud to be part of the ambitious research project LNG-ZERO, which includes the development of a complete cycle for the application of an advanced LNG-ZERO concept, which was originally introduced by TNO.
Working closely together with MARIN (Maritime Research Institute Netherlands) Carbon Collectors leads the work package on how to collect the captured liquified CO2 at source, aggregating and transferring it either via a shore (terminal) location or directly to a permanent offshore storage location. Particular emphasis will be on the merits of atmospheric versus cryogenic liquid transfer conditions.
